stupid girl is a really really good song, ill give that to whoever said the last comment, but im willing to bet taht you are the jerk off who was standing next to me yelling for them for songs off of year of the spider. Dip shit, you do know that they put out 2 disk before that right? i personally would have liked to hear something from the first release. i understand that they couldnt play another song. the main stage was already open by the time that their set was over and they more than likely have other places to go tomorrow night.
Cold was the best band all day, indeed my highlight...I would have loved to see them play "Sad Happy" cause thats my favorite COld song ever, but oh well, they still rocked.. It really pissed me off when people were throwing shit at them.. I was 2 rows back and damn it was great..
Cold will never play 'Stupid Girl' live again...Scooter hates that song. And personally, I don't care. I'm glad they don't play 'Stupid Girl' anymore, cause that song is nowhere near what Cold is capable of lyrically and musically.
On the other hand, I would have loved to see "Confession" & "Ugly"...but I'll just wait for LRS Fest and their headline show in Illinois I'm goin to :-)
Where is LRS fest? WHo all is playing? Im going to see Cold & Smile Empty SOul in Urbana, Il @ Canopy CLub is that show you are going to? Ive seen COld 5 times now and they get better everytime
Naaa...I'm going to their show in Sauget, IL (which is practically a suburb of St. Louis) on the 21st.
And LRS Fest is in Louisville, KY and it is gonna have 6 Local bands on the second stage (LRS is heavily into Louisville's music scene) and the Main Stage is VHS or Beta, 10 Years, Theory Of A Deadman, Smile Empty Soul, Cold, & Papa Roach.
so what they did not play stupid girl they rock the fucking day . i was in the front haveing some fun getting fuck up .i have been to 6 x fest and this one was one of the funnes
i really wanted to hear stupid girl but i was totally rocked by the set the did oh my god it was great and Disturbed hanging out by the stage and watching them i was like this is great
I went to X Fest to see Cold, and just like always, they kicked ass....was kinda disappointed that they didn't play 'Send in the Clowns' cause the screaming at the end of that song is bad-ass, but oh well....and damn were the boys in the pit beating eachother's asses during Cold's set!!!!
i went to xfest 2005 in huntington and seen COLD perform and they totaly rocked it was my first time hearing them and i havent stopped listening since...jeni bond
